Support requests are unlimited. We don't nickel-and-dime you when your team needs help. The goal is for you to call us whenever something isn't right, not hesitate because you're worried about the bill.

When something breaks, how fast we respond depends on how much it's affecting your business. If your team can't work, that's our top priority. Less urgent requests are handled in order — but nothing gets forgotten.

For urgent problems, call us directly during business hours (8 AM – 5 PM). After hours, we have emergency coverage for situations where your business is truly down. You'll always reach a real person when it matters.
